Mark Gifford

Mark is an award-winning engineer/producer with over 20 years experience in both music and corporate recording. His easy-going manner, formidable recording and mixing chops as well as his great collection of both recording and musical gear keep his clients coming back for more.

Mark's recording philosophy is simple - "I always do my best to make it easy for my clients to create music, not just record takes." He runs his sessions with an effortless efficiency - things go smooth, fast and angst-free. This "no problem" vibe makes it easy for every artist to give their best performance.

Every engineer has their own distinctive sound, Mark is all about clarity and groove. This doesn't mean that he's a one-trick pony - he's done classic rock, blues, country, old-timey acoustic, jam bands, Celtic, jazz, alt-rock, fusion, emo and nu-metal, all with equally impressive results. Mark also has a comprehensive knowledge of classic recorded sounds and the skills to get them.
